Illustrator Lineart Tut PT2 by dubird Illustrator Lineart Tut PT2 by dubird
Part 1

Tutorial for how I do most of my linearts now. I do use Illustrator for the lines, but it can export in a format I can pull into PSP with ease to color with, so why not?

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU CAN'T READ IT! I tried to make it a good, readable size and font, and the compression quality seemed ok to me, but that may just be because I made it, so I know what it says. ^_^;

Sample of before and after applying the brush so you can see the difference. It honestly makes more of a difference if you're doing a very large image or something for printing, but it's good to practice anyways.

Anyhoo, don't have to link here if you use it, but it would be nice if you did. *ahem* Please don't take this and post it anywhere else unless I give you permission. Which means, you need to ask me first.

The character I used for this is from a commission for mbstspoon, so please don't use her design for anything. Else he'll send her after you, and that would not be pretty. *ahem*
