Sketch #3 of my self-imposed "get my ass back in gear" sketch day. Whee. ^^; Any crits would be welcome. ^_^

This is a hard pose due to the foreshortening. It comes across in the torso a little but the head looks a little odd. I think its a little too small actually. And this might be consistent across the other drawings as well. If you are shooting for realism, a quick head-to-body ratio comparison with this drawing and the reference will quickly show a difference. Your head here is about 1/7 of the whole figure, whereas the reference has it at about 1/6. Most likely this is due to the perspective of the pose's lean forward which 'shortens' the over all form when it's analyzed in 2D.

Contrary to the other sketches so far, this one doesn't have the same strong balance. The figure is listing to the left and doesn't appear to have study footing. A comparison to the reference reveals left most lines of the head should be vertically aligned just inside the left most lines of the hip. This slight shift is causing your drawing to seem off balance.
